Man Arrested for Leaving Toddler on Freeway Edge

In a shocking incident over the weekend, a father in Pierce County is accused of abandoning his 4-year-old daughter on the shoulder of State Route 512 because she was “loud and disruptive.” He reportedly told troopers that the child’s behavior pushed him to leave her behind. The 4-year-old was luckily found unharmed.
