Steven Rosenthal, a competitive long-range marksman, broke down the difficulty of the shot that killed Charlie Kirk and asserted that the training required to perform the 200-yard shot is minimal.
Kirk, a political activist, was shot and killed while hosting an open-mic political debate at Utah Valley University on Wednesday. Kirk’s assassin allegedly fired a single rifle shot from the roof of a campus building approximately 200 yards from Kirk.
“Despite what people are saying online, this was not an impressive shot. Anyone with access to the internet and minimal experience could’ve made that shot.” Rosenthal said on “The John Curley Show” on KIRO Newsradio. “At 200 yards, 600 feet, it’s a very easy shot.”
