All lanes on northbound I-5 re-opened after fatal crash in Kent near SR 516

All lanes on northbound I-5 have reopened after a crash occurred at the SR 516 intersection in Kent early Friday morning.
The crash was a fatal car vs. motorcycle collision, according to the Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT).
There is currently a 12-mile backup. According to WSDOT, driving between Federal Way and SeaTac is currently taking 43 minutes. WSDOT advises early morning commuters to seek other routes and to expect delays.
The drive between Tacoma and Seattle is taking two hours, as of this reporting.
The lane closures on I-5 were caused by a crash that occurred between 2:30 and 3 a.m.
UPDATE 4:10am: The NB I-5 HOV lane has reopened at SR 516, but the 4 general-purpose lanes remain closed after an earlier crash in #Kent.
