Road rage turns violent in SeaTac neighborhood after man shot

One man was shot Friday night during a road rage incident in the City of SeaTac, according to the King County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO).
KOMO reported deputies arrived around 6:46 p.m. after hearing about gunshots near the 16800 block of 34th Avenue South. Once officers from SeaTac, Burien, and the King County Sheriff’s Office were on scene, they found a man who had been shot.

Witnesses said the incident began as a road rage dispute that turned violent when one driver allegedly drew a firearm and opened fire. Police said the suspected shooter was taken into custody.
The injured man was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. While his injuries are not life-threatening, officials have not released his age or current condition.
