Southwest Changes Policy for Plus-Size Flyers
Southwest Airlines is changing its policy for plus-size passengers. Currently, flyers who don’t fit within a single seat’s armrests can purchase an additional seat and later receive a refund. But under the new rule, those refunds will be harder to get — meaning many travelers could be stuck paying extra.
